Five Nights at Shreks Hotel

Five Nights at Shreks Hotel puts you in a temporary accommodation story after selling a house and moving to another city. You need somewhere to stay while saving for a new home, and five nights at Grek's hotel seem to provide an answer. The manager appears decent, but something about him is wrong. Expect a horror-themed encounter rather than assuming the familiar character makes this a children's game.

Approach the interaction deliberately

Use WASD or the arrow keys to walk. Move near an object before pressing E to interact; the published instructions specify proximity and a single interaction press. Mouse clicks move you on from dialogue. Read the exchange before continuing so you can connect the next action with what was actually said.

Remember a recognizable place when exploring and decide what you want the next movement to clarify. If an action does not work as expected, check the intended target, your position and the latest information before repeating inputs.
