Mahjong Connect Classic

Mahjong Connect Classic makes the route between two tiles part of the puzzle. Find a matching pair, then check whether a line can join them with no more than two right-angle turns. Recognizing the same symbol is the beginning; deciding whether the connection is possible is what turns a promising match into a useful move.

Check the path before selecting a pair

Click with the mouse to select the two tiles you want to connect. Look at the space between them and consider where the line would change direction. A pair that appears close together may still be awkward to reach, while a more distant pair can become manageable when an open route is available.

The game provides several layouts with increasing difficulty. Treat each arrangement as a new set of paths rather than relying on where you found pairs on the previous board. After a successful connection, look at the space it leaves behind: clearing a small section can make another route easier to recognize.

Search with a consistent pattern

Scan one part of the layout at a time, comparing symbols before following their possible paths. If a pair cannot connect, move your attention to another candidate instead of repeating the same selection. Returning to it after the board changes may give you a different route to consider.
